How would you respond to Daryl if he were in your class? Think of how most of the kids in the classroom acted toward him. Without using names have you ever encountered “an unusual” teacher like Ms. Pointy?
I have meet SOMEONE that gets on my last nerve.Matter of fact I have meet 2 people who I really don’t like.I cant really relate myseft as a person like Daryyl Sikes. But, I can relate him to a person in my class last year and in second grade. I also know people who are very silent like me . Even though I talk alot it doeasn’t mean I talk about everything about me. I also have miss people that I have met before and I never seen again.
My favorite character is Darrell Sykes because he expresses his feelings differently. Sahara is too quiet but loves to read Darrell’s journal I wonder why? 2 me Darrel is alot like another girl at our school.
My favorite character is Ms. Pointy, because she is another me, because if someone yells or swears @t I feel like I want to get right back @t them (I don’t curse @t them but I want to yell @t them.)
That’s why my favorite character is Ms.Pointy.
What part of Sahara Special made you laugh and which character do you identify with?

The charecter that I liked the best was Daryl Sikes! And the funny part was when Mrs. Pointy would turn back on Daryl!
